Vague symptoms: From what you report this is difficult to give a quick evaluation. I would suggest you see an internal medicine physician who can try to tie all this together after the appropriate examination and evaluation.

Unlikely: Ct and bronchoscopy are currently not useful, it seems. Cxr can miss a lot of stuff but at your age it is unlikely to be something very serious. Discuss nasolaryngoscopy, bronch, ct and methacholine challenge pft with your doc.
