Need a dentist also: First, please know that homeopathy does not substitute for good dental care. Depending on specific symptoms, mercurius or bryonia might help until you do see a dentist; also hepar sulph especially when the pain is worse with cold air. There is none: Once a dental cavity is formed, it needs to be physically removed. You will most likely not be able to treat it homeopathicly. Fluoride does help remineralize some of the enamel when the decay is incipient (early stage & small).

See a pedodontist: There is no homeopathic remedy for dental caries in kids or adults. Dental and gum disease do not go away on their own. See a pediatric dentist; the sooner the better!

Varies: There are many claims for homeopathic remedies for all kinds of health issues. Hard to say what may work for dental care and kids. I would see a dentist and ask a lot of questions.
