Usually no: In the very, very early stages of enamel calcification the breakdown of the mineral matrix can be reversed using certain pastes and other products. However, for the most part, tooth decay needs to be removed and restored by a dentist... No other way. Speak to your dentist to see what is recommended for you.

No and Yes: No if the decay is through the enamel and yes if it is still in the enamel only. In that case the product is call icon and can repair the enamel. The lesions icon can be used on are called incipient lesions so check with your dentist.
