None: Dental decay is an infection which leaches mineral out of a tooth. Once it gets started in the tooth, the only way to treat it is to physically remove the decay and fill the hole with a restorative material.

Your only recourse for effective treatment of tooth decay, regardless of the age of the patient, is to seek formal dental care by a dentist.
