Yes: Start w a professional cleaning. Then have Dentist do in-office or custom tray whitening system for you. OTC products can then be used to help maintain result. Don't smoke. Avoid acidic pigmented foods (coffee, tea, red wine, tomato sauce mustard, etc). Expect to have to redo every 3-5 years.

Teeth whitening: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results. teeth whitening

Useful Whitening: All teeth whitening techniques work, the question is the degree of effectiveness. An over the counter whitening kit or toothpaste – has a weaker concentration and might not work as well or as quickly as the whitening procedure done in the dentist’s chair.
