Whitening products: Over the counter whitening products have very limited effectiveness at best. Crest whitestrips do work fairly well for some patients but also have limitations. If you want whiter teeth, you will have to consult with a dentist for treatment options that do work!

Teeth whitening: I am not sure what type of teeth whitening products you have used so far.You need to go to your dentist and get a thorough evaluation for teeth whitening. He or she can guide you as to what type if products are good and will give you the results that you are looking for. It is also wise to be monitored by a professional during the course of treatment to avoid any complications.

Teeth whitening: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.
