Crest : Crest whitestrips. You should be able to get them from your dentist. They have a higher concentration of the whitening agent. Always get a dental check-up before whitening your teeth. If there are any cavities or breaking down fillings, the whitestrips could cause some pain and severe sensitivity.

I : I agree with dr. Certo but i must tell you that I am not a big fan of otc whitening products. They usually give you a color improvement but once you stop using them the improvement disappears after a few weeks. By the time you use them over and over you have spent as much as if you had gone for a professional whitening and been done with it! just one doc's opinion!

Crest White Strips: With over the counter products you want to look at the percentage concentration of peroxide. That is the active ingredient that will brighten your smile. The higher the concentration the faster your teeth will get white, however you may also have sensitivity as the concentration increases.

Crest White Strips: White strips are quite effective. Most of the whitening toothpastes are a waste of money.
