A member asked:

Can my long-term mental health illness ever be stable if medication can't control it?

Depends: There are many things one can do in addition to medication that are helpful. Exercise and proper nutrition are a good start. Meditation in any form is usually helpful. If you are getting mental health medications, discuss these adjunct behaviors with your doctor.
