2 yrs ago i learnt that i have huntingtons disease gene of 48 cag - i am 28 years old with a long history of mental health issues,i have trialed many medications&therapy. is it possible there are some meds that make symptoms worse? e.g vyvanse?

Of course, it is possible that many medications can worsen Huntington's, and there are some medications that can help. Since depression and dementia are core symptoms, this needs to be addressed by a movement disorder neurological specialist. This is NOT a case of "one size fits all".
