Hematochezia.: If you are not having pain or urgency and the drops are at the end of the stool and not mixed in with the stool then this is likely due to hemorrhoids. Otherwise see your doc for a better history and exam.

Blood in stool: There are a number of reasons one can find blood in the stool. One of the most common is hemorrhoids. Since there is no description of pain, these would more likely be bleeding from internal hemorrhoids than external. A doctor can examine to determine if this is the cause.
