Hi i get a burning feeling in stomach and bright red blood in stool?

Many possibilities:: Hemorrhoids, anal fissure, diverticulitis, colon polyp(s), inflammatory bowel disease, GI bleed. See your fp/pcp for exam/referral. May need colonoscopy or ct colonoscopy to check for polyps or other conditions in which bleeding can be a symptom, especially if there is a family history of polyps or cancer.
