No studies: To answer this question we would need somebody having done a study comparing women's labia minora in their relative size before and after weight gain. I am not aware of such a study. My hunch is, it won't. If this issue causes suffering to you, you may want to consult with a gynecologic cosmetic surgeon, not so much for having surgery done, but to help you putting things into perspective.

Unpredictable: Labia minora hypertrophy is a variant of normal anatomy. The outcome of gaining weight is difficult to predict. It could make the labia minora even larger. Surgery is usually reserved for cases where the labia minora are excessively large. (For example, you can't wear a swimsuit...) Best wishes!
