Klonopin (clonazepam): is an anti-anxiety agent THUS if your shortness of breath is due to anxiety it should help. PVC increase with exercise is a bit worrisome since the reverse is usually true. Check with your Cardiologist (I assume with CAD you have one) Hope this helps! Dr Z
