Spider bite: could be from a spider bite you suffered while sleeping. Generally painless bite. If expands and develops a central area of dark tissue, would get it looked it. Avoid scratching it. Can get Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream over he counter if itches. If fever chills, get it looked at.
