My left hand has small red blotches all over it. looks like a rash but its only located on my left hand and no where else. what could it be?

Rash: Although only on your hand a rash is still most likely cause for symptoms. Contact dermatitis would be likely. The hand getting hit like for example catching a ball that could cause a red rash. Do have a wrap around her wrist that can cause some petechial hemorrhage that could be another reason for rash.
