Difficult to answer: It is very difficult to diagnose a rash like the one you describe without actually seeing it in person. I would recommend seeing you primary care physician.

Uncertain: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
