D and c? : Either pads or tampons are fine. Did your doctor offer you a D and C? This is another option

No: You cannot use tampons after a miscarriage. When you miscarry and bleed, it is best to avoid anything in the vagina to prevent infection. Sorry to hear about your miscarriage.
