Depends: its not the nosebleeds per se that are overtly dangerous; rather, it can be indicative of something else going on. Gums bleeding? Easy bruising? Etc. if you live in a dry area, use a humidifier. If you do cocaine, stop. If it ever comes out of both nostrils as opposed to one, it means likely need eval by a doc that can possibly provide nasal packing. Get platelets checked if lots of bleeding.
