Multiple therpies: PT, antiinflammatory medicial, local injections of novacine/cortisone, electricial and heat therapy are a few viable options. I assume you have had an MRI of the cervical spine.

With Whom Have U Con: Do you mean you've been consulting with HealthTap PHYSICIANS for the past week or a doc in particular? If you're looking for a particular physician then, search them by name to set up an appointment. If just in general then, here is what I'd say for a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in neck)..you can either do therapy/medication or surgery. Depends on severity of pain & if there is weakness.
