Yes: When your thighs rub together while running, friction occurs. The skin in the genital area/thigh becomes irritated & sweat glands may become blocked causing white or pinkish raised bumps. Treat with cool compress, wear loose bottoms made of natural fibers, sprinkle medicated body powder over area which should reduce friction. While running, wear a good athletic supporter to reduce friction.
