Folliculitis: There are various skin conditions that can cause bumps, that are not hpv or an std (sti). A common one is an infection of the hair follicles. It is not sexually transmitted. It may clear with hygiene and using an antibacterial soap. You may need to see a doctor to determine what they are and the treatment.
