Most mental : health practitioners do not do house calls. You may have to push yourself and go the local clinic. Progressive desensitization ( a cognitive behavioral technique) and psychotherapy can help you overcome agoraphobia. It will not take too many sessions and you will be able to begin to live a fuller more normal life.

I know of none: Contact your medical licensing board and/or psychology licensing board and ask if they can communicate with their doctors to find out.

Unlikely,: But you can ask or search local medical board directory. An alternative is to seek on-line therapy such as healthtap Concierge or other on-line treatment with a psychologist to address underlying problem, and psychiatrist for medications. Both treatments combined are more likely to work better than either one alone. Good luck!

Gradual approach?: It is important that the treatment support and encourage you moving out of your house. Perhaps a in your area, you might find a therapist who would agree starting off with Skype sessions and having you come ( perhaps accompanied ) to his or her office periodically in person until you are comfortable coming for all the sessions. You can propose such a plan in your initial phone call inquiry.
