MRI and supplement: i had a patient like you. We proceeded to do a cardiac MRI after initial test to r/o arrythmogenuc right ventricular dysplasia (it was negative). I sent him for an ablation procudere, andit was successful. He represented 6 years later with a recurrence initiated by alcohol use. it was stopped after he seized using alcohol, and used CoQ10 and magnesium. I would suggest you try this route.
