How long does it take for a boil to leave my bottom cheek? also how is it to be treated ?

Improving?: If the boil is getting better (not getting more tender, red, deep) then it will probably take a couple weeks to completely resolve. If it is actually worsening then you'll need to go to a doctor to have it drained before it can start to heal.
