I believe i may have a boil on the side of my butt crack about 2 inches goes down the right cheek is it something i need to have looked at or will it take care of itself?

See your doctor: You need a doctor to check this. She may drain it and if infected treat you with antibiotics. If there is streaking she will be able to diagnose cellulitis or even a possible fistula or check you for any sexually transmitted rashes. She may have to send out a culture of the drainage.
