Bump: It may be a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma. An US would help with the diagnosis and treatment. All the best.

This is probably: a lipoma (noncancerous fatty tumor) but any swelling or lump that has been present for a while should be checked out. There are lots of other potential diagnoses both benign and not. Ask your health care provider to evaluate it.
