Pain when i bend my middle finger. no pain when i touch it, there is no swelling, it only hurts when i bend it. worse @ night and when i wake.

? osteoarthritis: This may be osteoarthritis (OA). OA is the most common form of arthritis. Arthritis tends to cause increased pain and stiffness at night and in the morning. You might try acetaminophen at bedtime and see if that helps.
