Need exam: It would be necessary to perform a pelvic exam in order to have any chance to make a definitive diagnosis for your post-coital bleeding. It is not uncommon to have that happen on rare occasion- but if it is happening every time you have sex then there is likely some explanation that may very well be remedial to treatment.
