Rash: Are you overweight?? - sounds like it might be a superficial skin fungus infection - any other medical issues??? I would try a course of any of the over the counter topical antifungal agents for athletes foot on one of the areas. Sometimes skin fungal infections are a sign of underlying Diabetes so if it doesn't get better - see your doctor
