Anusol and perperatin h havs steroids hence help to calm down inflammation combination of things with lifestyle change including high fiber diet ( morethen 25 gm/ day ) with regular excercise to aid in bowel mobility, adequate consumption of water and stool softners like docusate sodium help with prevention and to get rid of hemorrhoids.
