Hemorrhoid ?'s: Anusol or over the counter hemorrhoid creams are OK in pregnancy, but do not expect more than (very) temporary relief. This is common in pregnancy, and after delivery the hemorrhoids may reduce spontaneously. Be wary of a surgical process after delivery, as the "cure" is often worse than the disease, especially with a new infant to care for !
