Aerobic: If the patient is otherwise normal we recommend at least a half hour of aerobic exercise a day, an hour is better. This means walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming any active moving exercise. Weight training is also useful but the aerobic is what we recommend for the cardiovascular/respiratory system.
