I'm currently experiencing unwanted, immoral sexual thoughts. They began 2 weeks ago. I'm currently on bupropion, Citalopram, trazadone. They began 4 weeks into taking buproprion. Could to many of SSRI be causing these thoughts and feelings?

Last dec. I felt a vibrating in my chest & was put on ativan (lorazepam) for anxiety. Now it's in my head, is still constant/intense with citalopram (& trazodone to sleep). Also a bit dizzy. What could this be?
I take celexa 40mg, Wellbutrin 150mg, propranolol 60mg (twice a day) and I was just given trazodone 50mg for sleep. Is serotonin syndrome a concern?
