Pizotifen: initially should be taken at night (0.5) mg because it causes sedation. One gradually increases this to 3 times a day. Watch for weight gain, Taper off it if you wish to discontinue.

Whatever happened to pizotyline? Please note i did not say pizotiphen which has an extra hydrogen atom, and does not work for migraine.
