? Chantix: Headaches are 1 of the more common side effects of chantix. Prozac (fluoxetine) can raise Imipramine levels. Propranolol along with your Imipramine can both lower your blood pressure precipitously. Pitozifen has a sedating effect and should be used cautiously with other sedating drugs like Imipramine . I don't know what doses you been prescribed. It might be a good idea to contact your doctor for reassurance or contact your pharmacist who can crosscheck these medications as well. Contact your doctor and see if stopping Chantix is an option for you.
