See below: Pizotyline & pizotifen are the same chemical structurally. Pizotyline is not available in the us & may have been discontinued in other countries. Ask your local pharmacist about this drug & alternatives if it has been discontinued.

Not available in usa: Pizotyline is adopted name of pizotifen also known as sandomigran. It is a benzocycloheptene similar to Cyproheptadine (periactin), a seratonin antagonist. It is not available in us, but you can get it on line under sandomigran.
