I wouldn't: Ooh - I hate cuts like that. Liquid bandage is not a bad idea, but an 11mo old is likely to put the finger in his/her mouth, and could result in ingestion. There are some alternatives, a tubular net bandage webbing or Coban come to mind. Make sure not to wrap too tightly (leave a little skin showing, if it's blue it's too tight). Best of luck!
