While i was washing very dirty dishes,my finger got cut by a knife(bleeding).i continued to wash dishes after getting the cut.also had another cut(healing).then,i handwashed dirty clothes.can this washing cause infection/blood infection due to cuts?

Infection.: There always a chance that you could get a local infection about the cut. Remember, even water coming from the sink is not clean - it contains bacteria. Put some antibiotic ointment (like Bacitracin, available over the counter) on the cut once daily and cover with bandage until healed.
