DEPENDS: Both Norco and lortab are composed of hydrocodone and acetaminophen. They both come in different formulations. Norco always have 325mg of Acetaminophen and different dosages of hydrocodone. Lortab always has 500mg of Acetaminophen and different dosages of hydrocodone.
