Likely transient: Changes in hormonal functions (hypothalamus- pituitary-ovarian-thyroid ...) , a persistent corpus luteum cyst or other similarly transient alterations are usually no cause for alarm unless your symptoms persist and are accompanied by absence of menses...Repeating your urine pregnancy test or having a blood beta HCG test and a pelvic soon may also be prudent if pregnancy needs to be ruled out.
