Pregnancy: If you had unprotected sex and missed a period, there is a good chance that you are pregnant. A false negative or weakly positive pregnancy test could be due to an ectopic pregnancy. An ultrasound can make this distinction. Also, a blood pregnancy test is more sensitive than a urine test. You can get that at your doctor's office.
