Probably you missed: your period but you have all this symptoms. To be on the safe side to have a blood pregnancy test to rule out a pregnancy including an ectorpic one for sure is a good idea. But , it is up to you.

See your Dr.: As long as you are not having abdominal pain, bleeding, fever, headache, or other severe symptoms you could probably wait and retest. However, if you are having these symptoms and not pregnant, you will likely need medical evaluation. If you are pregnant and the test is not showing it, you will also need to see your Dr. So might as well go now and find out what is going on.
