Depends: Whether it will get better depends on what is causing the pain. If it has been going on for seven months, you need to go back to see your doctor or a gastroenterologist to help sort it out. You may need blood tests, x-rays, or ultrasounds to help with the diagnosis, if they have not already been done. Good luck.
