With all the normal results reported, at age 18 years one is probably a little too sedentary. Gradual and deliberate Exercises and increased Physical Activity like Gardening or something similar will help condition the Body so it is not so achy.

One could consider an adolescent onset of arthritis, but other explanations could include fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, small fiber neuropathy, and depression. Discuss these areas with your doctor. An exercise program will help this regardless of underlying cause.
