Toes: If numb toes only intermittently would not worry. If constant nerve conduction study might show neuropathy for which we don't have much treatment for numbness. The knees need to be evaluated if continues to interfere with ur life which would include physical eval and possible X-ray

Stand Tall.: Being on your feet 7 hours a day, does not necessarily mean that it is the only thing causing your symptoms. It may contribute to it. Some of this could be ineffectual shoe wear while standing along with a biomechanical problem. I suggest you see about consulting with a specialist to see how this can be addressed.
