I fell onto my right knee and kneecap is numb. calf and foot are not numb. knee is very bruised but still has full range of motion. treatment advice?

Tincture of time: It generally takes 2-3 wks for bruising to resolve. The numbness is likely due to the swelling and will probably improve as the swelling goes down. The bruising will probably extend down the leg before it completely resolves.
