A member asked:

Hi i do a lot of canoe polo and sometimes my legs start to tingle and when i go to get out of my boat they give way and i have to sit there why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fall asleep: Assuming it doesn't happen all the time or during other activities, you're probably in a position in the canoe that puts pressure on nerves that go to the legs and they "fall asleep". Trying not to stay in one position for long periods of time should help
