When i stand and lay down im mostly fine but as soon as i sit down i get left leg pain and foot starts tingling what could it be?

Arterial or: venous insufficiency as possibilities; however, I suggest an examination to include venous and arterial ultrasound of lower extremities.

...could also be pressure on a nerve called the sciatic. So your neurologic (nerve) signs should be checked as well. Meanwhile, try to sit in such a way that you do not put most weight on the side where the leg and foot are bothering you. A soft "doughnut" pillow could help. Good luck!
