You're right that...: ...neither alcohol nor terbinafine, especially when combined, are the liver's best friend. Terbinafine should be completely cleared from your system about 8 days after the last dose. You should be okay having a couple of drinks at this party, but the Dr. Mom in me wants to remind you that it's never safe to get wasted. Otherwise, have a good time!
