Stabbing hand pain: Is your hand warm or cold? May be carpal tunnel or ulnar radicular pain, tendonitis rarely could be clot in artery but usually the hand is cold with no pulse and it is medical emergency.May benefit from splint, massage ,warm soaks, NSAIDs if not allergic. Would seek medical attention today in urgent care, doctor. if no pulse go to ER now.
